I found the perfect workout partner
Sherry and I have started working out together. We are finally feeling settled and have made time to work out. We are READY to get focused on living a healthy lifestyle again; mentally, spiritually, and physically. So we started Body For Life on Monday. http://www.bodyforlife.com/ It is a very good but challenging program but we are doing it!!! I love that you have to eat six times a day and I love that the meals are a good blend of protein and carbs... and I LOVE that we get a "free" day each week to eat what we want. The workout programs are good too. Its intense but I am feeling the difference already. So watch out because we are going to look different the next time you see us!
